Standard ISO files do not preserve the SafeDisc data. You need a BIN/CUE or MDF/MDS image that includes subchannel data.

Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis shipped on a single CD-ROM (later a DVD for the "Best of" series). It used a system called (versions 2.8 to 4.6 depending on the region). SafeDisc worked by writing a digital signature to a specific, non-standard area of the physical disc. When the game launched, it would look for this signature. Open File Explorer, right-click your CD/DVD drive, and note the letter (e.g., D: ). If you have multiple optical drives (including virtual ones), JPOG sometimes looks only at the first drive. Try disabling any virtual drives in Device Manager > DVD/CD-ROM drives.
